DESCRIPTION:

ADHD is a 48-question self-report assessment that is intended to be filled out by parents and teachers of the child or adolescent who were diagnosed by the psychiatry department as well as by the special educators, on the basis of child symptoms & interviews with their parents. It was developed by Neetha Jain and Gunthey Ravi in 2013. Each question measures the frequency of the behaviour, in which the respondent is asked to indicate whether the behaviour occurs "never", "sometimes", or "often". Three subscales: Inattention, Hyperactivity and Impulsivity
