The Agreeableness Measuring Scale (AMS) is a 60-item questionnaire designed to measure the extent of agreeableness which adults exhibit and express during various interactions and situations in their personal and work life. The sub-traits of the agreeableness domain are: Trust, Morality, Altruism, Cooperation, Modesty, and Sympathy. It is a self-report, five-point Likert scale consisting of response options- strongly agree, agree, can't say, disagree, and strongly disagree. The Cronbach's alpha of the test is 0.82. The test can be administered to the employees of all level, working in various type of organizations.
