The Cognitive Difficulty Scale is a 40-item self-assessment tool to identify how well your brain functions in remembering, learning new things, concentrating, or making decisions. It is developed by Dr Vishwanand Yadav, Dr Suraj Mal, and Indu and Diksha in 2016. It helps us to understand different cognitive functions such as Memories, reasoning, decision-making, attention, perception, learning, and problem-solving it works effectively on information that our brain receives.
