DESCRIPTION:

Rotter's Locus of Control was developed by Dr. Anand Kumar and Dr. S.N. Srivastava. The scale measures individual differences in the extent to which reinforcement is viewed as a consequence of one's own behavior or a consequence of forces, such as, chance, fate, or powerful others. It consists of 29 pairs of statements. The maximum possible score on Rotter's Locus of Control Scale is 23 and minimum is 0. The scale has good discriminant validity.
