DESCRIPTION:

Study Skill Assessment Tool is a 35-item self assessment tool used on children to assess the strategies or approaches implemented towards good learning. It was developed by Dr. U. Vijayabanu and Rohit Prasanna Sri in 2017. It is the understanding of study skills which looks under an individuals' disposal that deal with gaining, processing, organizing, and retaining information learnt. There are seven subscales: Reading a textbook, Taking notes, Studying, Memorizing, Preparing for tests, Time management and Comprehension.
